The throttle connects to CH3
The auxiliary connects to CH7
EPA (End Point Adjustment) setup [EPA]:
Setup the throttle with the EPA range as close
to 100% as possible.
Select CH7 and set to R/D 110% and L/U 110%
The system is now ready for
calibration. Calibration Procedure
The target rotor speed can be calculated using
the EPA Calculator
Example 1): 2 speed setup:
Gear ratio = 9.3:1
EPA L/U = 44%, EPA R/D = 77%

Example 2): 1 speed setup and disable:

EPA L/U = 0%, EPA R/D = 77%

Example 3): Flight Mode Mixing:
The Gyro channel can be used for flight mode
mixing. Calibration must been done using CH7. The Gyro rates correspond to half the EPA or calculated rates. A
Gyro rate of 50% disables the governor. The Gyro rate for the Flight mode
channels must be subtracted from 50%. For example, an EPA of 77% for 1500 rpm
corresponds to a gyro rate of 50 - 77/2 = 12 rounded up.
After calibration, move the auxliary channel
to CH5 - GYRO. Connect the gyro to CH7 and use the EPA for CH7 to set the
gyro gain. Below 50% EPA, the gyro gain is disabled.
Set the throttle curves in Flight modes ST1
and ST2 above the throttle priority level.
Set the NOR rate to 50% (Disables the
Governor)
Set the ST1 rate to 28% (50 - (EPA1200/2))
Set the ST2 rate to 12% (50 - (EPA1500/2))
